THOUGHTS: The author starts off this cookbook with guidelines for reducing saturated fats in your diet and utilizing an air fryer to help with that. She goes into why air frying is better for you than deep frying in oil. There’s also a good “low cost” section that proves that healthy food doesn’t have to be expensive. The rest of the book is given over to the recipes. Each one includes techniques, tips, time, diet (gluten free, fast, etc.), servings, and (YAY) nutrients. The recipes are divided into sections like Breakfast, Vegetarian, meats, and Desserts. There are some really good color pictures (though I could wish for more), but enough so you can get an idea of the recipe it goes with. I can’t wait to try some of the recipes. Definitely a cookbook to have on your shelf if you have an air-fryer – or even if you don’t!

Recommended.
